Office Oekaki?

OK, being a little silly there with the title. This is a doodle of Goku from his early days in the Jade Emperor's court done on a Post-It Note today at work. Time: 8 hours. Well, ok, maybe 10-15 minutes total drawing time done in 30-second to 1-minute bursts over the course of the whole day. Done completely without reference, which is why I forgot his wrist and ankle shackles.

Don't know what it is that's weird/loud/strange/frightening enough to make Goku pause when he's eating. Speculations, anyone?
